Shipping policy

We process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping times:

• UAE: 2–5 business days
  

• International: 7–14 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing the order — we cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, depending on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We ship from the UAE. All international deliveries are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU).

This means your local customs office may request payment upon arrival of your order.

We recommend checking your country’s import rules for jewelry before purchasing.
